Data from voice deployments
Conversation data handled inside a MetaEngage customer deployment is governed by that customer agreement, not by this page. This page covers the public website only.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the conversation they belong to. To request deletion, contact us at the address below.
